Restaurant QR Code Generator
Generate a QR code linking to your digital menu and download it as a 3D-printed table stand. Guests scan and see the menu instantly — no paper involved.
Create my menu QR code →Who this is for
Restaurants, bars, cafés and food trucks who want to display a menu without reprinting it every time a price or dish changes. Also works for daily specials, allergen menus, or a takeout ordering link.
Why a 3D stand instead of a paper sign
A two-color stand — base and QR code — stands up on the table at an angle designed to print without supports, holds up to daily restaurant use, and won't get wet or curl the way laminated paper does. You can optionally add your business name embossed below the QR code.
How it works
-
1
Paste the link to your menu
A webpage, a public PDF, or a Google Business profile with the menu attached.
-
2
Choose "Table stand" and add your name
Type your business name into the optional text field; it'll appear embossed below the code.
-
3
Download the 3MF and print one per table
The file comes with both colors already assigned per piece when opened in your slicer.
Frequently asked questions
Can I update the menu without reprinting the stand?
Yes — if the QR code points to a webpage (digital menu, a PDF on your site, a public Google Drive link), you can update that page's content anytime without touching the printed stand. The QR code keeps pointing to the same link.
How many stands do I need?
One per table is typical, though some places prefer one per two tables or a single one at the entrance. The piece takes minutes to generate and print, so make as many as you need.
Is it food-service friendly / easy to clean?
Standard FDM plastics (PLA or PETG) wipe clean with a damp cloth. For heavy use with strong disinfectants, PETG holds up better than PLA.
Do I need my own 3D printer?
Not to generate the file — the tool is free. To print it, yes, you'll need a 3D printer; if you don't have one yet, we compare models here (in Spanish).
